+1 I looked at the PreCommit-Yetus-Admin and it looks like its doing the right
thing. This patch looks good to me to get things working again. I agree with
[~aw] the pending tasks can be fixed later. We should get the JIRA testing
working as soon as possible and fix the remaining tasks in followup JIRAs.
