OK https://builds.apache.org/view/S-Z/view/Yetus/job/PreCommit-Yetus-Admin/ is
now running in a compatibility mode with the old precommit-admin script. It
continually overwrites it's generated data file so that the next run picks up
where the currently broken one left off.
I see a few other things I'd like to fix (tmp file location, printing out the
GET) but those can be fixed later if we'd like to have JIRA testing working
sooner rather than later. (The get output is easy. The tmp file location...
not so much.)
