Arkansas is collecting only the minimum questions.  We are sampling on the 6 year rotation and will be using mainly phone interviews.  Mailed copies will be used as necessary for individuals not contacted by phone.  A contract service will be used for survey administration.

Rhode Island will be collecting the minimum questions through the census approach (as of now) but we intend to do sample studies (through a university partner) to get at the questions on Ind. Living, etc.

A question has been posed to us about how many states are collecting data on independent living, social engagement or other questions beyond the reporting requirements.  We know that  you all have developed or are in the process of developing your follow-up survey questions for your state data collection systems.

Please reply to let us (and others)  if you are planning to include "more than" the minimal required questions about employment and education.  Thanks.
