I did the trouble ticket thing with nSoftware... I will see what they have to 
say.  I had to sign up for serial numbers/keys/etc which were required to 
download/install the software initially.

As far as PocketSOAP support goes, I understand it is a 3rd party app, but your 
own website (http://www.nsbasic.com/ce/info/controls/) has it categorized in 
the group "Controls that run with NS Basic/CE".  This gives me the expectation 
that it will work.

There is another group called "We've tested these controls with NS Basic, but 
have not yet been successful.
If you manage to get them working, please let us know!" which seems like that 
is where PocketSOAP really belongs.
