I got IP*Works! to work w/o prompting me about an evaluation copy.  This was 
already discussed in another thread with a subject title 'Installing IPWorks on 
desktop/CE?'.

Basically, you need to get the object.ok property for your win32 development 
machine (not the pda) and then set this value in your NSBasic code.  I 
downloaded a demo copy of NSBasic/Desktop to create my app that retrieved my 
'ok' value.

I should have some sample code in a week or two that shows how to do something 
with Ruby on Rails and NSBasic.  This should be pretty cool.
