In my humble opinion I think the next two games should decide his fate. Blues & Bolton are games that we MUST win if we have any desires to stay in this division. We all know what normally happens to teams bottom at Christmas. Don't forget the Pompey players will get a sudden spurt of form in an attempt to impress their future manager so us being bottom in 3 weeks time is a realistic possibility. Cheers,

So what you are saying is we are unlikely to sack him this season because he'll be ok in the lower league? Why does he deserve a full season this year???? Surely if it looks likely that he will take us down, we should act whilst there is still time for us to be saved?....Another month and we'll have a better idea. ________________________________ From: Steven Millward [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, 25 November 2009 13:20 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [NSWolves] New Pompey Manger Odds [sec=unclassified] I doubt MM will get sacked until he's in the same position as DJ next season. I can't see him getting the boot this season no matter what the result. He deserves a full go this season and he's the man for the job next season if we are down. 2009/11/25 Marcus Chantry <[email protected]> in this age of "player power", maybe we should do away with the manager role, after all the manager had no influence over the performance of the team if I remember correctly ;-) and let the players decide how they want to play? ________________________________ From: Steven Millward [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, 25 November 2009 1:34 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [NSWolves] New Pompey Manger Odds [sec=unclassified] And replace him with Paul Ince I presume? 2009/11/25 Marcus Chantry <[email protected]> so if Pompey can sack their manager so soon, why can't we do the same? Come on Morgan, you know it makes sense... ________________________________ From: Morris, Lee SGT [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, 25 November 2009 10:54 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [NSWolves] New Pompey Manger Odds [sec=unclassified] From William Hill: HILLS: PORTSMOUTH NEXT PERMANENT BOSS..
