The domain is now Win2k. I upgraded the PDC, and was in the process of
upgrading BDCs. My problem still exists:

I now have this Win2k DC that can't even run DCPROMO.. when I try to reduce
it to a member server, it says it can't authenticate with the domain,
"Access denied" even when I manually enter the domain or enterprise admin
accounts... what the heck should I try??

Thanks

-Warren
