This Radio Link has been in full force since October/November last year.
According to the users, the problem has become "progressively worse."

There was no previous connection between the buildings, as this office
was opened Oct/Nov.

Is there any way I could test the stability of a link?  For example, are
there any packages out there that will graph ping responses, so that I
can look for spikes or breaks?
