On the client side:  I have only seen Mcafee and Norton.  I like Norton
better because I have seen Mcafee miss more viruses then I care for.

On the backend side: I personally like Antigen for the Exchange system.
However, I have seen TrendMicro's stuff, and it works as well.  Probably go
with TrendMicro if I need a suit of solutions for the backend (ie. has SMTP
as well as Exchange scanners).

Last year I was exposed to a lot of large networking type projects, and I
got re-introduced to the idea of host-based and network-based security
solutions.  I think that is where every company should start thinking about
and moving towards implementing.
