I am wanting to remote install certain software (i.e. Hotfixes, internal programs, etc) to a number of users who logon our 2k domain. I batch programs to install these files/programs from a file server, but would like to deploy them to all machines using a script. Our users do not have local admin rights, but I would like to transparently/silently install these items using a domain account account. Can this be done without SMS and how?

I have seen Shavlick (SP) HFNETCHK program that does the same thing - remote install the fixes, how is this done?
