Some system files have been overwritten by the security roll up package. If you can uninstall the security roll up package from safe mode, do so and research the roll up package before re-installing.

I was able to do the upgrade with no issues. I started to apply the security updates from the Internet. I did the security roll up package and after it rebooted, it would freeze at the Windows 2000 Logo Screen. It gets about 60% across on the status bar and then freezes. I can get in under SAFE mode but nothing else under F8. Any ideas? ------ You are subscribed as [EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe send a blank email to %%email.unsub%% ------ You are subscribed as [email protected] Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
