In safe mode can you get to the patch and try to reinstall it or are you given an option to uninstall it in add and remove programs.

I did the security roll up package and after it rebooted, it would freeze at the Windows 2000 Logo Screen. It gets about 60% across on the status bar and then freezes. I can get in under SAFE mode but nothing else under F8.
