Subject: Windows Auto Updates

I've seen a couple of articles (one today in Winnetmag.com) that
recommend admins enable and configure the Windows Automatic Updating
service on their boxes, as a more-or-less painless way to keep up with
them. So far I've been generally disabling that service on my boxes, is
there a concensus out there of whether this a reasonable way to do it? A
better way?
