I would recommend this book also. It's a riot! -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] On Behalf Of [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, December 06, 2002 4:38 PM To: NT 2000 Discussions Subject: RE: Kinda OT -- Firewall servers and the like (home use)

You'd be surprised. :) In the context of OpenBSD and firewalls, a book I recommend highly is "Building Linux and OpenBSD Firewalls", by Sonnenreich and Yates (published by Wiley Computer Publishing). In addition to being an excellent guide to installing OpenBSD and configuring it as a firewall, the authors' dry humor is a riot. Their comparison of Cambridge, England and Cambridge, Massachusetts, US alone is worth borrowing a copy. -- Ben Scott <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> | The opinions expressed in this message are those of the author and do | not | necessarily represent the views or policy of any other person, | entity or | organization.
