No experience with the new blade servers but I have about 10 Dell PEs in 2 racks.  The 
hardware and design are really solid.  Tech support has been spotty but good overall; 
in about 10 support calls I've talked to a few duds but most of the support people 
were knowledgeble, friendly, and helpful.  Replacement parts when needed have been 
shipped promptly.  Overall a good experience.
