I believe the dump settings are buried under control panel, system. Sometimes you can get information just from the STOP codes on the screen and/or listed in the event log.
FWIW, We have had an ongoing crash on one of our servers about every two weeks. Based upon the stop code, support informed us it was a driver for apache that was the culprit. I have an NT 4.0 sp6a server that at least once a week blue screens. I can not seem to figure out why. At this point I want to contact MS support and ask for their help. My problem is when the server crashes it states that it only created a partial dump file. What do I need to do to get it to create a full dump file? Can Microsoft determine the data in these files and hopefully the cause for my system crashing?
