Its not very informative.

The error is 0x00000012 (0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x0000000, 0x00000000)

Then of course it lists the processes that were running when it crashed.

Wondering if somebody could help me with a problem.

I have an NT 4.0 sp6a server that at least once a week blue screens. I can
not seem to figure out why. At this point I want to contact MS support and
ask for their help. My problem is when the server crashes it states that it
only created a partial dump file. What do I need to do to get it to create a
full dump file? Can Microsoft determine the data in these files and
hopefully the cause for my system crashing?

Thanks

Ed
