Yes - we are using DHCP, and yes the values it is passing out are
correct (thank goodness - that would be bad if it wasn't).

I have had a look at that Q article already, and while I appreciate MS'
intent, I do not believe that a clean install (while it might work) on
all machines is the solution - that's the underlying suggestion -
disable all other software by renaming their dll's, leaving you with a
"like new" install.

Thanks a lot anyway - when I find out the problem/solve it, I'll post
it.
