I applied the SP without stopping IIS (hadn't heard about this yet) and now
OWA does not work on my Exchange/IIS server. Is this most likely related?
OWA works within the network, behind the firewall, but not from outside.

If you have used the ISS Lockdown tool  with or without URL Scan.  Stop the 
IIS service before applying the SP.

Also, there is a TREMENDOUS DLL clean up operation that can rack the 
processor util around 100% for quite some time after the reboot.  It 
resolves itself.  DON"T try to debug it by doing stuff.  let it run it's 
course.
