I have tested SP4 in some servers and I only had a problem with a slow
performance in one of the IIS servers that had indexing installed.
However, after removing Indexing from this server the problem was fixed.

The following link has some commends about SP4:

Our DC is killed by installing the sp4.

Has anyone fully deployed SP4 on their servers yet? Any issues? I have
rolled it out on 20 clients but none of my DC's yet. No problems as of
yet on the client side.

I have heard of minor issues with IIS but that's it so far.
