IF I remember correctly, it suffers from the same problem most software
deployment technologies do - there is a large (and I mean LARGE) overhead in
packaging the software for deployment. 

In the security/hotfix deployment realm, that translates into a lot of time
to deploy the package, between packaging, testing, repackaging and retesting
until you can deploy.
