what does a community mean? It means that ANYONE can post anything, whether
it's right, wrong or a stupid whine about, well, anything...

I have limited admin rights at snapshot and try to keep the junk out but
it's not my site nor my job...

Good entries from Snapshot are included into the docs/FAQ file (which is
part of the ntop cvs and distribution and so is the official reference).

Quoting from the news:

Welcome to the ntop community page.
This page contains info and downloadables related to the ntop program.
Another purpose with this site is that it makes it possible for you to
contribute to the development of ntop thru the dynamic faq and the upcoming
discussion board.

12/07 2002 Cleanup here
ntop 2.1 has much of the content (thanks gang) from this site included in
the docs/FAQ and docs/KNOWN_BUGS files. I'll be cleaning up here in the next
few days! -----Burton

thanks for answering that question.

As for the faq, I went to the ntop.org website, chose community from the
left hand menu, and then went to the faq - are you saying the ntop community
page faq is an outdated one ?

The faq on the community ntop page being outdated does not fall under the
category of "a priori knowledge".

thanks again!
