Remember, -K suppresses the child fork() for static web pages in http.c

It could easily be that the loop is occuring in the non-fork, vs. child()
without -K

STOP USING -K!

When it's looping, somebody has to use gdb and connect to the running
instance and show where it's looping.

use

ps -m to show the thread process#s

Check the log to figure out which thread is which.

(gdb) show threads
(gdb) thread n
(gdb) bt full

problem (sure I had other stability issues but not the Web Server hitting
