when compiled and install rrdtool-1.0.45, copy rrd.h and librrd.a in:

/usr/include/rrd.h
/usr/lib/librrd.a

with command:

cp /usr/local/rrdtool-1.0.45/lib/librrd.a /usr/lib
cp /usr/local/rrdtool-1.0.45/include/rrd.h /usr/include/

Now configure and install ntop!
