Did that. Wouldn't post to a group if I didn't read the FAQ.

Sorry about this, I did look for a method (even tried emailing the bot a
help command to see if I could get it that way). Gave up (maybe too
quickly) when I didn't see any option. Now that you say it here I find 3
different links in a matter of minutes. Maybe more emphasis could be
placed about it on the info page
(http://listgateway.unipi.it/mailman/listinfo/ntop) since it sort of
blurs into the legal disclaimer above it.
Also I don't see a search feature for the list archive
(http://listgateway.unipi.it/pipermail/ntop/) anywhere, which makes it a
very daunting task to go through it.

I saw that, went to SF and found.....nothing
Doc Man (http://sourceforge.net/docman/?group_id=17233) is empty. After
some more searching (a lot more) I found it in the downloads section.
Maybe a link from the doc manager to that would help confused newbs like
myself? Or even a link from the FAQ to the download might be useful.

Anyway thanks for the help and your time spent on helping this newb with
a really dumb question and keep up the good work,
