The method I use is as follows: - Convert using OO Writer to HTML - Manually, using a text editor, clean the html (mostly just removing of duplication) - Do a second clean using HTMLTidy - Do a line by line compare and further fixing using a text editor and some more complex things I generate the HTML in Quatra and then place it in by hand.
