WRT to the conversion, sure - I'll send it via separate cover.  There
actually are a bunch of conversion filters beyond MS, but I lack the
time/$/interest in testing them to find the 'best'.

If you send me the doc file I will gladly convert it into a html file.
Gotten very good at it, since the management types and customers where I
work always work in doc files and then want them on websites or embeded into
emails.
*sigh* they all think it is as easy as File -> Save As -> Select HTML,
somedays I need a lart for them, but I ramble on. Again if you send me the
files I'll convert them, send them back to you and you can then look at
them, decided if they are of a decent grade and upload :)
