Hi I am trying to capture line rate traffic (1Gbps) using pf_ring. I get drops beyond 200Kpps. I am using RHEL4 + 4 cores + 2GB. Packet sizes vary from 64-1500 bytes. Has anyone done a study on the throughput as a function of ring params?
