It does, but to be honest I've never figured it out. I know people use it and 
like it but we ended up using Zendesk.

Kaseya & Labtech are the ‘big two’ right now, imho.  There are others (n-able, 
just got bought by solarwinds I think? … tigerpaw?  Continuum? A few others).

We run both Kas & LT.

Part of your decision would relate to what ticketing you use 
(autotask/connectwise/other/scraps of paper).
