I believe there is rudimentary ticketing inside both Kaseya and Labtech. Both
are designed to integrate with other tools, with the most common integrations
being to Autotask and Connectwise, but there are others.

Labtech & Connectwise = same company, under same roof in Tampa.

I currently do not have a ticketing system and looking to start one. Does
Kaseya provide a ticketing system.

Kaseya & Labtech are the 'big two' right now, imho. There are others (n-able,
just got bought by solarwinds I think? ... tigerpaw? Continuum? A few others).

We run both Kas & LT.

Part of your decision would relate to what ticketing you use
(autotask/connectwise/other/scraps of paper).

To the MSP's out there, what do you use to mange your client's
workstations/servers in regards to software updates, inventory, monitoring etc?

I've been looking at Kaseya but curious what others are using.

Thanks,

Jimmy
