Not an MSP but we no longer using Kaseya and have moved to something else. Sorry I don't know what it is, day staff handle that. They disliked the costs involved I believe but since I work nights and rarely see the day staff I am totally out of the loop. I know they moved the HelpDesk to Track-IT before the move off of Kaseya. That I know was due to the lack of features in Kaseya. Multiple offices spread out over at least 3 states are covered by the products the company decided on. It seems to work well. As is usual IT staff seem to have their machines managed/patched much more haphazardly than the rest of the company due to how our machines are done along with the dorked disk encryption on all of our machines. I believe there is rudimentary ticketing inside both Kaseya and Labtech. Both are designed to integrate with other tools, with the most common integrations being to Autotask and Connectwise, but there are others. Labtech & Connectwise = same company, under same roof in Tampa. Does Kaseya provide a ticketing system. There are others (n-able, just got bought by solarwinds I think? … tigerpaw? Continuum? A few others). We run both Kas & LT. Part of your decision would relate to what ticketing you use (autotask/connectwise/other/scraps of paper). I’ve been looking at Kaseya but curious what others are using. Thanks, Jimmy
