Has she looked at the "head mouse" and on-screen keyboard types of solutions?
My bro-in-law (quadriplegic) actually wrote code for something like that, which
Microsoft purchased from him years ago and he provides support for. Don't know
what its name is, I'd have to ask him.

I'm intensely interested in the leapmotion not just for my own purposes, but
also for a friend of mine - a former teacher who has rheumatoid arthritis, and
most any keyboarding and mousing causes her great pain. If the leapmotion can
replicate keyboard functionality without the need to actually touch the
keyboard, it will be a huge win for her.

It also means that tablets become much more usable.

Fear not the command line - it is the true path to power. :)
