Yes I had a demo of ShoreTel also it would be my 3rd choice, I prefer the Lync 
and the Jabber clients to ShoreTels offering.

It's probably a lot more than an equivalent ShoreTel installation. I really 
like my ShoreTel system.

OTOH, Lync is pretty nice too - we'll be upgrading to 2013 Enterprise some time 
this calendar year, and we're mulling over the value of Lync vs. Shoretel.
