I also thought the problem was well framed. I am not a Lync guy but did fumble my way through an install that was 80% other technologies and I had to take or pass on the entire gig. At the end of the project Lync did not hit my resume. I can bluff it and ask for help but it is not a strength. Not now and based on my lack of joy with the project ever does not look likely either.
