I used to use freeSSHd for a long time, but it bothered me that there didn't seem to be any development for it going on. Also there was a bug where, if I remember right, it would error on large file sizes. I moved to openssh on Debian. It seems solid. There's a few guides on locking it down to make it relatively safe.
