I've gotten far better personal results using Windows Feedback than opening 
cases.

Perhaps because Tier-1 irritates me so much I'm ready to yell at them within 
moments.

FYI Uservoice isn't used for Windows 10.  I think it is for PowerShell but not 
for the OS itself.

IM personal opinion the Windows Feedback app is horrible for posting bugs.

On a released product, you want to go with a support case or find a body who 
has the ability to go to someone internally.
