You are simply not providing enough information for us to help you.
Secondly, it appears that you are not systematically searching for the
cause.
Firstly, /what/ is generating this error? A program? Windows itself? IIS?
Your development IDE?
Secondly, what is the /exact/ error message?
Thirdly, when the error is generated, are you sure that "webmaster"
(whatever that is) is still running? I'm assuming that it's your machine
name. Is IIS still up? Or is IIS down? (in which case you need to look at
why IIS stopped working)
Can you still connect to 127.0.0.1? or Localhost? (loopback addresses...)
You mention you can't get to a website. Can you ping the address? Can you
tracert to the address? If so, then it appears that name resolution (DNS ->
IP Address) is still working OK, but HTTP is not. Can you ping at all?
(maybe you've lost your internet connectivity)
etc
When you have done some investigating, and when you have the relevant facts
at hand, then post a question to the list.
One last tip: punctuation is your friend. This means using full stops
(periods), commas and question marks where appropriate. It means only using
! and ? in moderation (putting 20 x ? after a question doesn't get it
answered any quicker).
Additionally, try to convey just the one idea in each paragraph, and work
through the problem, and what you've tried, in a methodical manner.
Personally I don't think any of us care whether you can't get to a
particular website or not. We're just interested in the symptoms, events,
and what you've tried already.
