What you
really want to do is check with HR and find out what your official status is
(i.e. Salaried Exempt, non-exempt, etc.) Then ask them to explain what it means. I would start there. Depending on that outcome, you may or
may not be able to do anything. Do
you have to report your hours to anyone?
Keep a record of them?
