My main computers is a Mac Mini. I love this little thing. It's quite the great piece of hardware.
I have it running a VM of Windows 7, and I do my windows stuff on that. It'd dedicated to a second screen. You got the server, so no DVD drive. Did you get it with a second HD? If not, you may want to consider adding one.
