I'm starting to plan for a Lync installation here, and a consultant gave me a quote of almost $20K for planning and implementation (no hardware or licensing included). I'm sensing that is way overkill. I figure with a little research it will integrate fairly simply with my AD and Exchange installs. I'd like to go with a single server setup, any gotchas, caveats or real life experience anyone can share? Thanks Steve
