I put in a GPO that turns on both RDP and Remote Assistance for all workstations. Offering RA is usually sufficient.
However, we also have a Sonicwall unit that has 3 licenses for Virtual Assist, which I use once or twice a month to help folks, both in our overseas offices and out in the field worldwide.
