I use LogMeIn Free, but I don’t have it on every system, I have it on systems that are always up and from there I RDP to whatever system I need. I have used NetworkView and from there could see what was online and also run VNC or RDP (or even WOL if the system was off) to connect.

I have a new satellite office that does not have an IT person on staff. I'm looking for something along the lines of VNC or Dameware where the remote agent software is running all the time. I also need to be able to see all the active agents on an admin console and begin a remote session from there.
