I would suggest that the delay actually increases the volume.  Multiple
people might chime in with the same response, simply because they haven't
seen the other responses yet.  I'm not talking about the people that chime
in with +1.

That said, I think we all need to remember this is a free service being
offered by Sunbelt/GFI that has a direct expense to them (Lyris, servers,
bandwidth aren't free).  If an issue is so critical that an hour is too
long, maybe a mailing list is not the best source.
