Sorry for late post. Just got back in the office. We use Dell here quite a bit. We were really happy with them until our Optiplex 745s starting dropping like flies (bad capacitors on the motherboard, and Dell doesn't seem to acknowledge it was a problem). As a result we're looking at HP. I think you could convince them to be pretty competitive if it meant you were looking to boot Dell out the door. Paul
