  Seems like just about every manufacturer has the occasional bought
with capacitor plague.

  Our $10,000 Nortel phone switch had a service note for capacitor
issues.  So does a $100,000 piece of Agilent measurement equipment.
Fortunately for us, both our units were not in the effected serial
number ranges, but it's rather telling.
