I saw that with GX270's and Dell covered the 270's that had even gone past 
warranty when they failed.

There are a lot of bad caps on 745s, in my experience.

Your dell rep should own up to it. If they don't, take pictures. Pictures of 
leaky capacitors tend to be something they can't ignore.
