You haven't seen SBS2011's wizards, they really make your life easier, not harder. Well, once you get over that for most SMB's there's no need to get overly complicated anyway. :-)
Or if you use an SBS products and DON'T use the wizards, be prepared for unexpected things to break. It's similar to making a registry change to a system for some workaround, then have some MS patch not work six months down the road because it was expecting that registry setting to be something more OEM.
