Well, yes. For us Office 365 is KILLING it in the <15 user space (though we 
also just did a 50-user Office 365 deployment too).  If you've got 7 users 
Office 365 is a great value for hosted Exchange, Lync and SharePoint - 
especially compared to the costs to try and deploy/maintain that on-prem. 

It's not for everybody...but I'd say 65-90% of our clients in that space are 
opting for Offic 365.

  I think the big selling point there is with SOHOs (<~10 people), which often 
have so little budget that their reliability is still worse than an off-site 
solution, even factoring in the Internet.  You know, the kind of place that has 
a "server" which is an old Dell desktop PC that's already had two owners before 
then.
