EnableDCOM is set to "Y"? -----Original Message----- From: Miguel Gonzalez [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, February 14, 2008 4:19 PM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: RE: Vista SP1 ready...
Sorry, it is the issue: Error 0x80070005 I've just discovered that is a permission issue in this website: http://www.wsus.info/forums/index.php?showtopic=6149 Which could make sense because I'm trying to install TortoiseSVN and have this elevation issues too. I've checked the default permissions and I can't find such "DefaultAccessPermission" entry in the registry, however in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Ole I found: Default DefaultLaunchApplication EnableDCOM LegacyImpersonationLevel (0x02) MachineAccessRestriction MachineLauchRestriction Changing the default impersonation level in the dcomcnfg.exe tool changes the LegacyImpersonationLevel, so they are related. What can I do to solve this issue? Miguel --- Tim Vander Kooi <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> escribió: > Any chance of your being more specific about which > issues you are referring to?
