Dave,

I had the same experience yesterday. It would show that my account was
TechNet Plus, but no option to download. I finally got a page with the
download on approximately my 6th trip to the MSDN downloads page. VERY
strange, but after that, the download was quick and the install simple
and straight forward. No real differences that I can see today after
running SP1 for a little over 24 hours, but I had no problems with Vista
prior to SP1 either.

I just downloaded the 32bit version from MSDN and averaged around
350KB/sec...sometimes spiking up to 600KB/sec. I love the OC3!!

Not with some Common sense and AV, and only download files you that
people have discussed and flagged as legit.

Been using usenet for years. Never found a virus on it.

To answer, "Action Pack" it is not something available as a part of

I thought that they would not make it available for TechNet! And I can't
see on TechNet.
